Leaving no poll un-conducted, a recent poll found that "Hillary Rodham Clinton" has a higher approval amongst Republicans than "Hillary Clinton" 23 percent to 16, while the approval is 48 percent to 42 percent amongst independents.
In contrast, the south approved if "Hillary Clinton" sans "Rodham" at 52 percent versus a 45 percent approval for inclusion of the maiden name.
