He would have a more valid claim if the statement hadn't already been made nearly a year ago on January 10, 2007 by State Rep David Wu, Oregon (D).

"Rice and her cadre behave ... unlike 'real Klingons', who are also known for ... code of honor ... 'don't let faux Klingons send real Americans to war.'"
